Gustavo Vega – Finance and Operations Manager

Gustavo has over 10 years’ experience in management and finance. He has held different roles in construction project management, as well as financial responsibilities for several global companies. Before moving to Ingenium, he served as the Supervisor of the Latin America Solutions Group at Tech Data where he was responsible for Credit and Risk, Engineering, Software Sales and business development.

Gustavo has a BBA in Business Administration with a mayor in banking and finance from the Hispano-American University of Costa Rica. He has attended multiple management training and courses including Franklin Covey Time Management, Conflict Management, and High Risk Decision making Analysis. In addition to these certifications, he received a certificate from the Chamber of Industry of Costa Rica in Conflict Resolution and ISO-9001-200 standards, among others.

From his position as Operations and Finance Manager at Ingenium, Gustavo is committed to combining operations under one integral management system, to provide support and efficiency to the technical area and offer better services to our clients and suppliers.
